"I have never done yoga before and having amy as a teacher was such an amazing start to this new journey I am starting. I really needed something to help with my mental health and physical health and when I heard she was starting to teach I was so excited to learn something new. After each class I feel so relaxed and I feel good in my own body again. She really makes you feel welcome to learning and trying new things and reminds me to love myself and to take it easy.
